We have developed our rigorous investigative method to an extremely high standard that is recognised as a benchmark in the NHS.

We are one of very few investigation firms who are ISO certified for our quality and information governance processes. This gives you the assurance you need when commissioning a firm like Niche at a vital time for you. All of our investigators are security cleared to either BPSS standards or DBS checked. Many of our practitioners are clinically trained to a very high level.

Our investigations are robust, proportionate, evidence-based and supported by the most up to date examples of good practice. Our Improvement Analytics team support our work, helping identify correlations and themes between incidents, using qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform our work. We ensure our recommendations are pragmatic; we develop practical plans to resolve contributory factors, taking a proactive approach to patient safety aiming to help you prevent the recurrence of incidents.
